You can request deletion of your RoomGlow account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email pretlove63821@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my RoomGlow account".
3. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email, name, profile photo).
• Your remaining redesign credits and usage records.

What may be kept

• Redesigns saved on your own device remain there until you delete the app or clear them in the app.
• Limited records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, for as long as the law requires.
