Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Bloom habit tracker app ("Bloom", "we", "us") handles your information. Your privacy matters to us, and Bloom is built to keep your data private by design.

1. Data stored on your device

Bloom stores all of your personal content — your habits, completion history, streaks, reflections, notes, moods, and settings — locally on your own device only. This information is not transmitted to us, and we have no servers that receive or store it. We cannot see your habits or any content you create in the app.

Because this data lives only on your device, deleting the app will permanently erase it unless you have exported a backup yourself.

2. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Bloom schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about your habits. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No reminder content is sent to us or any third party.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Bloom offers an optional paid subscription ("Bloom Pro") processed through the Google Play billing system. We do not collect or store your payment details. All payment processing is handled by Google Play in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. When you subscribe, Google Play provides Bloom only with confirmation of your subscription status so we can unlock Pro features.

4. Advertising

Bloom may display advertisements to users on the free plan. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use device identifiers (such as an advertising ID) and similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. This information is handled by the advertising providers under their own privacy policies, not by us.

Users who subscribe to Bloom Pro do not see ads.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings under Google → Ads.

5. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any account information. Bloom does not require you to create an account, and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

6. Children's privacy

Bloom is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices

You are in control of your data. You can delete any habit, reflection, or note at any time, reset all app data from the Settings screen, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored information. If you use the export feature, any backup file you create is stored wherever you choose to save it and is your responsibility.

8. How to delete your data

Because Bloom stores all of your data locally on your device and we hold no data on any server, you have full control over deleting it at any time. You can delete your data in any of these ways:
